Modular construction may sound like simple stacking, but it’s actually the opposite. Each module is prefabricated and fits only in one position, in a specific orientation, and in a specific order. If a module is placed too early or rotated incorrectly, it blocks access for the next one. At this height, that can’t be corrected on the fly.

Added to this is the dependence on weather conditions. Crane lifts at this height are dependent on wind and visibility, so the time window cannot be planned in advance but must be taken advantage of when it opens. That is precisely why, when the weather was suitable, work continued until sunset.
