We are looking for an Electrical Installation Manager who will be responsible for the on-site electrical implementation of our installation projects. From wiring and control systems to commissioning—with your own team by your side.
Your Responsibilities as an Electrical Installation Supervisor
On-site Electrical Installation Supervision
You are responsible for the electrical installation on the construction site and ensure that systems are connected to the grid in accordance with standards and on schedule.
Leadership of the Electrical Team
They schedule the electricians’ assignments, provide training, monitor the work, and serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions.
Wiring and Control Cabinet Connections
They coordinate the wiring of the systems, the connection of control panels, and the installation and testing of cable runs.
Control Technology and Commissioning
They assist with the commissioning of machines and systems, test their functions, and work closely with the customer’s mechanical and maintenance teams.
Coordination with project management and the client
You report your progress to the project management team, clarify technical details directly on site, and document your work in a transparent manner.
Electrical Disassembly During Relocations
When relocating machinery or moving operations, you are responsible for properly disconnecting, labeling, and later reconnecting the equipment.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an electronics technician, electrical installer, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification in electrical engineering; further training to become a technician or master craftsman is preferred
- Work experience in industrial assembly, plant engineering, or commissioning
- Proper Handling of Circuit Diagrams and System Documentation
- Knowledge of control systems is a plus; training will be provided
- Willingness to lead a team and make decisions on the job site
- Willingness to participate in national and international projects
- English Language Skills for Communication on International Construction Sites
We expressly welcome entry-level professionals who have completed their vocational training. Those who have the necessary technical foundation and are willing to take on responsibility will grow into assembly management roles with us.
Travel and Project Assignments
Installation means traveling. We say this up front because it’s the question that comes up in the first conversation anyway.
Some of our projects take place near our locations, while others involve travel throughout Europe or to other countries for several weeks, including the U.S., Mexico, China, and India. How your assignments are distributed depends on your area of responsibility and is planned well in advance—not decided at the last minute. We cover travel expenses, lodging, and meals during your assignment.
