Our project managers are based all over the world—including in Europe, the U.S., Mexico, China, and India.
They work in international teams and coordinate complex machinery relocations and plant installations directly on site.
Your main responsibilities as a project manager
- Project Planning & Management:
Monitoring deadlines, controlling the budget, and ensuring quality requirements are met - Installation Management:
Coordination of machine relocations, plant installations, and disassembly and reassembly - Interface Management:
Coordination with customers, sales, internal departments, and subcontractors - Personnel Management:
Scheduling and supervision of installers and skilled workers on construction sites - Change Order Management:
Calculation, Evaluation, and Tracking of Project Changes
Your Profile
- Completed training
as an engineer, technician or master craftsman (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar) - Several years of experience in project work or industrial installation.
- Strong technical understanding and a structured approach to work
- Leadership skills and assertiveness
- Confidence in Negotiations with Customers and Partners
- Willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international projects
