The task: to relocate an entire production line

An industrial company relocated an entire production line to a new production site. A & P handled the entire process, from mechanical and electrical disassembly to packaging and logistics. A production relocation on this scale involves not just a single machine, but an integrated system comprising machinery, material supply, and electrical connections.

The scope of the system included the material silos, the dosing and weighing units, and the associated conveyor system. The drive unit, along with the gearbox and melt line, was mounted on a common base frame. The client specified a fixed budget and a set timeframe of two weeks.

The production relocation was completed within two weeks. A six-person team consisting of a mechanical site manager, three mechanics, and two electricians carried out the disassembly, packing, and loading. The project stayed within budget and on schedule.
